1. This Privacy Policy regulates the basic principles and procedure for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of Anthologia bookshop.

2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is determined by this Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

COLLECTION, PROCESSING, STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4. The Anthologia respects everyone's right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-store registration form) are collected and processed in order to:

  • process your orders for goods;

  • issue financial documents.

5. When processing and storing your personal data, Anthologia ensures the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.

6. Anthologia may use data not directly related to your person for statistical purposes, i.e. data about purchased goods. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in a way that does not allow the disclosure of the Client's personal identity or other personal data that could be used to determine the identity of the person.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

7. Anthologia reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:

  • only for the purposes specified in paragraph 4.3. of this document;

  • only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

CHANGE OR UPDATE OR TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

8. You have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

9. You have the right to request the change of personal data or to suspend its processing.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

10. The Anthologia has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying it in the e-shop and by the specified e-mail. If you do not issue a disagreement to the policy in writing it is viewed that you accept the new Privacy Policy.

11. Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date when they are published in the e-shop system.
